1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Code Academy ("the Platform"), operated by Zippytal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AI Code Academy is an educational platform that teaches users how to build real applications using AI-assisted development. Our services include interactive courses, coding exercises, projects, and mentorship programs.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Payments, Pre-orders and Refunds

  • Paid courses are a one-time payment for lifetime access to that course. There is no subscription. The price and currency are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Some courses are sold as pre-orders while their content is still being written. You confirm this at checkout. Chapters are released progressively and you get access to each one as it goes live, at no extra cost.
  • You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For a pre-order, you can also ask for a full refund at any time until the course content is released. Write tosupport@aicodeacademy.com with the email you paid with.
  • A refunded course is removed from your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell course content without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, code examples, and platform design are the property of AI Code Academy and Zippytal. You may use course materials for your personal learning. Code you write during exercises and projects is yours to keep and use freely.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. We do not work with third-party data vendors. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to course content will cease, but you retain any code you created during your learning.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Code Academy and Zippytal provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
