Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. We do not work with third-party data vendors. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to course content will cease, but you retain any code you created during your learning.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Code Academy and Zippytal provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
